Delete Your Data

You can ask Zivo to delete the Word Plaza data associated with your player profile.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@playwordplaza.com with the subject “Word Plaza data deletion request.”
2. Include your exact player name, optional country code, the device or browser you normally use, and approximately when you last played. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
3. We may ask for limited additional information to match the request to the correct pseudonymous profile and prevent deletion of another player’s data.

What we delete

Once verified, we will delete or anonymise the player profile and associated game-result data that we control, unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Public leaderboard entries linked to the profile will be removed or anonymised.

Browser data

You can immediately remove locally stored game events and privacy choices by clearing site data for Word Plaza in your browser. This does not automatically remove Firebase records, so email us if you also want server-side data deleted.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified requests within the period required by applicable law.
